Note: Eighty-Eight Acres is a design firm and does not provide construction services. We are often able to provide recommendations for local contractors who can provide installation services.
An on-site consultation is the first step for any project. During this visit we will walk your yard while discussing the goals and opportunities for the site. At the completion of the site visit you will receive brief notes on an aerial image of your yard. The fee for a consultation is $75. An additional fee may be charged if your project is outside of our standard work area.

If you would like to turn your consultation into a design the next option is a Concept Sketch. This will take the notes from the consultation and turn them into loose plan for the yard. This option is great if you do not need to give detailed info to a contractor or are looking for advice on a specific section in your yard. Starts at $500

This is the best option for clients who need a detailed plan. At the end of the master plan process you will receive a fully scaled plan detailing items such as a complete plant list, hardscape elements, low-voltage lighting and other features as needed. This option is ideal for those looking to hire a contractor and get competitive bids for installation. Includes: on-site measurements, preliminary plans, at least two on-site meetings, and final deliverable provided as a digital pdf file. Starts at $3000
